Subscriptions & Trade Retail Partners Explained

As part of our BookPUBLISHER service, once your title has been approved, we will send the data to Nielsen and register your tile’s ISBN as a legally recognised title within the industry. We then also send the book and title data to various bookshops that we have partnerships with; these are known as our Trade Retail Partners.

This gives each of the retailers the opportunity to see your book and decide if they wish to sell this through their website and/or stores. It is entirely their own decision if they do this or not.

Any orders for your book placed on these websites will be sent to us to print and dispatch directly to the customer; all royalties will be held and paid to you (the author) as normal.

Our annual subscription fee gives you the opportunity to keep your title ‘live’ and active with these retailers. Therefore, keeping the title as available to order on their websites.

It is your choice as the author if you wish to pay this fee, which is £25.00 + VAT per title, per year. If you choose not to renew your subscription, then we will no longer keep the title as ‘active’ and the Trade Retail Partners and websites will be unable to sell your book to the general public.

The title will remain legally published and you may continue to purchase copies directly and sell these as you wish.
